Bad start to the day because the electricity was off when I woke at 0430! Goodness knows why I woke at the hour. Warning to all - KEEP A WORKING TORCH BY THE CIRCUIT BOARD! I so want to re-start and lose weight. On LCHF didn't seem to lose weight but clothes fitted better. Must do better.
