Had dinner Saturday night at some old high school friends of my husbands, delicious meal but I blew it calorie wise. I find it much harder to decline food offered at people's houses as opposed to eating out at a restaurant where I will try and choose lower cal. So I sort of carried on into Sunday with bad eating. This is so discouraging. Will I ever get a real grip on this eating thing? Well today is a new day.
