Oh, Onederland!! How I have missed you!! I'm so excited to see you again, and I plan on you being here to stay! It's day 7 of my cleanse, and I'm down 5.6 pounds! I feel wonderful in Onederland! I already feel so refreshed and clean, and I still have 4 days (counting today) left on my cleanse! Then I start my max burn phase--14 days! I can do this! I feel empowered and ready to conquer my world! Lol I really want to see great results on this challenge, so this afternoon I'm going to go back over my plan, make sure everything looks good. See if I need to tweak anything. I know I need to get to the gym more. I only made it once this past week. I know I have some excuses, but I still need to be there. Gonna try my best to get there at least 4 days next week. I always feel so refreshed and de-stressed after my workout. I just have to make the time to be there!
