I ate way way way too much today. I don't know what was wrong with me. I did practically no physical activity. I didn't exercise at all so it's not like I exerted any energy and yet I just couldn't seem to get full.
Now I feel guilty for eating as much as I did =(
I'll have to watch what I eat tomorrow and make sure I go to the gym to make up for today. *sigh*
