I ate way way way too much today. I don't know what was wrong with me. I did practically no physical activity. I didn't exercise at all so it's not like I exerted any energy and yet I just couldn't seem to get full.

Now I feel guilty for eating as much as I did =(

I'll have to watch what I eat tomorrow and make sure I go to the gym to make up for today. *sigh*

Try not to be hard on yourself. Just think about how far you've already come. I see that you were 160lbs and you're now down to 130lbs - that is an amazing achievement!!! You've obviously got the dedication and determination in you to do this so just keep going! All you have to say to yourself is that tomorrow is a new opportunity to do better than you did today :) xxx
