Out for breakfast and didn't eat as much as normal, so there's a first. Lots and lots of water, does stave off the growling tummy. Big problem is appetite. Have to work on reducing it, so become accustomed to eating less. Short walk with doggies as temps gone up again, so rather warm. Few jumps on the trampolene until legs gave out, but staying on it longer so that's good. Onwards, tomorrow new week, so will make it a good one.Hope everyone had a good week end. B
