Woke up with the WORST stiff neck ever! Took a hot shower, but it still hurts, and the pain is shooting down my back. Another thing I hate about the cold. I am just going to keep moving and hopefully it goes away. Off to food shopping, then hopefully the gym.

Probably all that yard work. What did you do yesterday? Been pouring rain here for the last three days. No yard work for me. Is the stiff neck and hurting back something you are plagued with a lot?

I didn't do any yard work yesterday, but the day before I did 6 hours. Its been beautiful here in Delaware. I never experianced this much pain ever, and I'm used to doing hard labor work. I just bought some IcyHot, hopefully it works, bc I'm going to the gym in an hour.

So, did going to the gym help the neck and back pain? I don't worry too much about soreness; heck when you get to my age, it just means you're still alive. But sharp pains are a different story; you shouldn't have any of that. Are you considering going to the doctor?

I had to cut my workout so I wasn't too happy about doing that, but today I feel a lot better, still sore, but manageable. I don't want to go to the doctor, because honestly, I hate them.
