Somewhat taken aback at weight swing recorded this morning compared to yesterday. Hope to get back to 125 lbs by next Saturday. Will try a new game plan:
1. track WW points/food on this site 2. not weigh myself until next WW meeting 3. continue with physio exercises - daily cardio
Keeping a super close eye on WW points values. Surprised at how much a cup of Bran Flakes cereal is (5pts). And a 12oz nfat latte is 4.5 pts. Both seem high compared to protein. I see where this is going... The real shocker is cheese, unless its fat free (1 oz = 1 pt). :0
