Wow I am in a really crappy mood this morning and I really don’t know why. Didn’t get much of a chance to relax yesterday – went out for lunch with my wife and then worked on the yard in the afternoon. Yesterday evening we got together with some friends for dinner and then watched a movie. We decided to open a bottle of 30 year old scotch which was really good. Workout today was okay.
