Had a good workout again last night and my son had dinner ready when I got home! Chicken & salad.....was great. He and his girlfriend have joined the gym with me, and my husband is going to be traveling more than he is home this winter, so I think this will be Workout Winter. Usually while he is gone traveling, I do home projects (last year I tiled our entry and our kitchen backsplash), but this year I think my project will be me! About time..... :o)
