Having an ok day today… need to weigh myself but don’t feel like I am loosing any weight… going out to buy the scales in a minute. I need to do zumba more and find a time I can actually dedicate my time to it. I will do it on Saturday mornings for 40 mins and I need to find 2 other times during the week when I can do it for 20 minutes. At the moment everything is just so hectic so I don’t get Home till late… I am supposed to staying out late tonight working on AOA (www.anoxfordafair.co.uk) but think instead I will go home and do zumba. It could be good If I do Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays..?

I do feel that I am getting a lot better in my eating habits. I am a lot more conscious of what im eating and how much as well as counting the calories before. Its funny when I see other ppl now and what they eat…I obviously don’t say anything but I think oh my god how can you at that, to be honest talking about my work college who is v.over weight and eats so much rubbish and very openly doesn’t care and doesn’t want to loose weight. I have always struggled with weight but have always wanted to go down and think its good that she doesn’t care but don’t understand how she doesn’t.

Anyway feeling a bit “bleugh” today, I think its because I have no patience. However I know this road will be a long one and know that once I have changed the eating habbits that they will be changed for good!
