Really happy it is Friday – been a super busy week at work. I have officially set my next goal 220lbs – if I can maintain 2lbs/week I should be there by Valentine’s day. Workout at gym went okay today. I am back on the elliptical – but am not using a variable resistance program (e.g. 10-5-10-5-…) which I hope will be a bit easier on my back.
