Is it normal that my weight hasn't changed in the past 5 days?? I've started panicking.

Yes, that is normal! Stick with your program. Don't panic. Results aren't instantaneous.

Szpt I've hit two week plateaus in the past. I'm at 5 days weight unchanged, but my weight likes to come off at the end of the month. If you're going on something like 17 days unchanged, then you know for sure you have to change something.

The reason why I haven't updated my food journal is because there are no foods equivalent to what I must eat during this special diet. Therefore, I find no point in recording just some food types if I can't enter every single detail about my daily food. Btw, I never exceeded 1000 kcal or 100g carbs, and yet it seems the process has slowed down. Thanks everyone for supporting,I'll try to keep in mind to see whether or not there'll be any changes on the 17th day. Tímea

What are your macro goals? Calorie counting, low carb, vegetarian? What is the special diet? A stall isn't really considered a stall unless it's been at least 30 days with no movement. Enter your most frequently eaten foods in your cookbook. Yeah, it takes a few minutes, but it makes entering them quicker down the road. Tracking is important, because carbs-calories-fats can creep in in the strangest places. Hang in there, and let the community help!

Since I have type 2 diabetes, on my doc's advice, I should keep it under 120 g CH/day with exercising at least 3 times a week for min.30 mins. So, yeah, I'm following a low carb diet while also doing Forever Living Products Clean 9 and Fit 1 and Fit2 programs one after another.

GOOGLE and article titled, "Why the Scale Lies." Learn about how weighing yourself is less helpful. I use a tape measure, my clothes, and a bodyfat calipers to see progress.

You could try going lower carb. I can't lose weight at 100 g/day.

Yes, it is normal. Lot's of things effect the scale and our bodies water weight.

Szpt, have you looked at adding your menu items to the food data base? That way, they will be there for you to record, and for anyone else eating the same items.
