went shopping with daughter,very fun.tons of house work to do.probably not gonna workout.breakfast was terrible.i experimented and it sucked.so we were starving by the time we got back from shopping.i feel bad about giving one of my buddies some bad advice but i felt so bad for her and she has been craving so i said maybe just a little dont over do it.i am such a pushover.hopefully she takes the advice from all the other fs people not me.
