Yup, powered through the anxiety from today's online job search, and immediately afterward had a fat-snarfing, stress-eating, binge. Well, "bingette," since it took all of 10 minutes before I remembered that a spoonful of peanut butter could bring it to a halt. Carbs only 10% for the day, so that's good, at least. Oh! I just looked at the Fats: 80% at last! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!


Just remembered the 4-7-8 Breathing technique (it helped me come down from a would-be-freakout on an extremely crowded bus [still have a bit of enochlophobia]), so I think I'll put a sticky note on my keyboard to remind me to do it before I start the job search tomorrow. Maybe it'll keep me from binging. Who knows?


Gotta get up at oh-dark:30 tomorrow morning, so I'm signing off for today.
