Ate exactly what I packed for my food today. Didn't add any extras. I may be on to something, just prepare all my meals at once, and eat only what I prepared. I did so well, and didn't feel deprived of anything or hungry. Now however, I'm hungry. It's time for bed though, so I'm going to sleep it off. Just keep telling myself, if I eat now, I'll just wake up with a food hangover. Nobody wants that.
