Well, I've at least been biking but not really lifting. Leg/back issues are nearly taken care of...NEARLY.

In the absence of being able to lift, I HAVE been able to work on my eating and my strict movements. YAY for strict pullups and really good pushups...and hauling the kids around in the bike trailer.

Still holding my weight, although I've lost a pound or two...

Hanging in there... I will get through this.
