First day on OWL, and I'm getting back to the basics. I haven't lost any weight, in the past two weeks, and I'm looking at what I was eating, at the height of my continued weight loss, and going back to that. Hopefully, I can kick start my weight loss again. I know I need to make sure I get enough water, which I haven't been doing, so maybe that will make a difference also. The mission continues! :)
