Hello all. I have been on Atkins Induction 10 days now. I started at 158 and yesterday was down to 151. Today the scale took a turn upward to 153. EEK. The only thing I can think would offset my progress was my sodium intake. I had 2 garlic sour pickles and baked buffalo wings. I am hoping that is what did it and tomorrow I will be back on track.
