I had a very busy week at work. Exercise has slipped but I have kept up with eating healthily (most of the time). Had more snacks than usual but I am still happy with my diet overall. I have been for walks whenever possible, even just 15 min during my lunch break. I have noticed that I can't sit still for long anymore. Every few minutes I get up to do little jobs around the house. Even during commercial breaks on TV, I don't just sit there anymore. I've got this urge to move more, probably because it's easier now.
