Since I last was on Fat Secret, I had my left foot checked out as it has been hurting since fall 2015 when I walked. (First, it hurt every so often. Then more towards the year end. After Christmas break it was ok but late January it was hurting again, every so often. It ended up hurting enough I noticed I was limping so I had my foot checked out. My tendons on the outer part of my foot are not tight and the front part of my foot moves forward when I walk so it is getting bruised. I have been wearing an ankle support since then. It still hurts and as of last week I have not had to take Tylenol for the pain as much.)

Because of my foot hurting, I have not been able to walk my usual amount and speed so that with the food I am eating, I gained weight.

I now weigh the same I did Jan 2008! YUCK!!!

I have one more week of school (I am an aide and with the 2nd grade students during their lunch, in the halls, and at their recess) and that is stressful (which does not help to lose weight either). I'll really get back to what exercise I can do once school is out and eat better.

Any suggestions???
