If you consistently log all your foods here, I'm sure a couple of us can help you get moving again once we see what's typical for you right now. Do not lose hope....you've lost 12 pounds so you've already proven to yourself that you can make this WOE work. We've all had to re-assess things from time to time and make an adjustment here or there, so keep your chin up and keep moving forward. Keep logging your food....
