Good day today, I did a 20 min zumba then thought I could do it a gain so did another 20 min zumba then I thought just one more and Ive done a hour so that's what I did. I was ready to drop on the last one but did 20 mins weights before but more like 12 mins with switching and swapping weights etc. so over a hour exercising felt good.
Stressing over money issues today not good but what more can I do. I haven't got it and they wont wait till the 28th when I get paid. The want it by the 25th. Manged it eat 3 times today had to force my self to eat my lunch and didn't eat it all but at least it was something.
