I overslept this morning and didn't have a chance to eat even so much as a Fat Bomb, let alone breakfast. My doctor said that that was actually good for the Cholesterol and other blood-work. Felt so good, after hearing my blood sugar was smack in the middle of "normal," that I stopped by the supermarket on the way home. Wouldn't you know it: everything I was gonna buy tomorrow was on sale today! It was as if The Universe was telling me that it's a good day. By me, a great day!
