So, 1408 for the day: not much, and probably more than tomorrow will be. Still, I'm really glad I found that recipe for the ketogenic cookie bars, especially since -- unlike the Cliff Bars -- they didn't send me into a mindless, raging sugar-binge. Will have to make some for next weekend as well, and maybe take a spinach salad to the potluck. This calls for a good salad-dressing-recipe. Hmmm...
