No loss last week. Not a big shock, last weigh-in was right after a 3 day fast so I knew I was not going to have much of a drop. Not frustrating at all, just allows me to learn more and more about my body the more that I pay attention to it. Blood sugars are doing good they were 110 this morning and I am still off all of my diabetic medicine, have not taken any since Feb, the doctor is going to kill me.
