Big drop stuck (mostly). Didn't sleep very well last night – carrying stress over from work. I am off to the gym alone today since my work-out partner is off on a ‘quilting retreat’. My back has been bugging me a bit – not sure if I pulled something when doing weights. I will be more careful today.
