Looking over my eating record for this month is not making me very happy. Lat month I did much better sticking with the plan. I know I am not going to hit my target everyday but I expect to be within a couple of %. This month I was way over. I did well all last month up until this month when I went on my trip to Daytona's Bike Week. At that point I started to slip up. Now I have to double my effort to saty below the target.

I suspect next month is going to be as difficult as this month with a trip to New Orleans. At least this time, I will mentally prepare myself for staying within the specified limits. Oh well, no sense getting discouraged - just need to get back on that horse and try to rid her again. Yee Ha
