I'm weighing in a little early while the weight is back down a pound. Tomorrow is my b-day so there will be lots of eating opportunties this weekend. We went out for a nice dinner tonight and I had a rich Chilean sea bass. I ate half and boxed it up b/c I was already full from some yummy appetizers.
Well, 36 was a year I am very proud of. I accomplished things I truly never thought I could do. I feel strong and empowered and ready to take on the world.

Amen sista friend!! You are such an inspiration way more than you may ever know. Its true with age we do learn and accept more... and although we didn't have it in us then, who cares? NOW matters most and you have out done yourself... imagine what the new year can only bring now.
