Better be practicing one meal at a time as I feel I have been blowing it these last 36 hours. Craving food like mad. I think I allowed myself to get to hungry Tuesday then went off the deeper end when I found this age is not as easy to loss weight. Down 2.5 lbs from a week ago, down 8.5 lbs from 3/3/16 weigh in, down over 44 lbs from my highest dang it all I was expecting more during the week as the inches were seeming to fall off. So let myself get to hungry before eating or even starting to make dinner. Made some grab and go boiled eggs for the frig to help with that in the future. Husband's doctor visit was not good he is in stage 3 kidney failure. Hubby is not getting how major his eating is on my emotional eating not that he is responsible for what goes in my mouth but dang it all why does he not care or hear what is happening to him? Explains why he is not healing, why he is sleeping so much why this and why that. Then I look at what I am babbling on about and I am still under the total cal intake to keep my weight on so maybe I just need to keep my own nose in my own business. dang it all. ......

Hubby had decided last week to try and not eat foods I could not have around me due to my craving he was the one who said for me to eat whatever I fixed for myself for meals around here and he would deal with his needs if they are not meet as he is very worried about my extreme weight and loss of mobility.

No you are completely right, what my boyfriend eats actually effects me because I am more likely to cave and eat what he is eating or wants to eat. Monday he wanted to finish off the fresh pasta and he wanted me to eat it too to get rid of it. I caved like an idoit. Our partners have more of an effect on us than we realize. Which is why we need to work as a team. I just got my boyfriend to agree to eliminate wheat from out diets as best we can. Unless we eat out and have a rare treat. You have a right to worry about your husbands food intake as well. We want our partners to be healthy too!

Hang in there. Its not easy especially for what you both are going through. My fiance will bring home sweets, ask me what i want from McDonald's! Its like seriously! Im trying to be healthy here and lose weight! One day at a time. Smile and keep trying. Dont give up!

HUGS!! It's easy to say well he's eating fast food and omg it looks so yummy! or One Frappe won't hurt... but it does... I've had to break myself away from what hubs eats or I'm doomed. That's kind of how I got this way in the first place. I stop eating at 5p so that helps too, when he goes out (after I get home from work) I just say I'm not hungry. And if I am then I pretend I ate...aromatherapy...sometimes when you cook something your body thinks you ate it. Last night I said, body, you got reserves, you'll be OK!
