So as I sit on my plateau, I'm pleased with my progress. I won a free pizza delivered to my house from my job (I work at home so pretty cool way to thank an employee). I will limit myself to 2 slices a day until it is gone and log them. (much different than a year ago where I would eat whatever I wanted to and not account for anything) Really no reason to feel guilt if we stay within our calorie range to lose : ) (I just need to watch out for cravings since my carbs are up.) Such a different way to look at food, so glad I found FS and everyone here!
