WooHoo 3 lbs! Forward motion. Incredibly depressed yesturday. Shopping with my daughter and waaay too many mirrors in the dressing rooms. Realize they serve a purpose but they were cruel to me. Kind of a fun house mirror effect that I did not respond well to. I looked sooo fat. I have a very LONG way to go and it was a great reminder of that. I am choosing to be happy with my progress and not consumed by the distance yet to travel. Marathon not sprint.
