Weight is still holding at 130. So grateful considering the "lost" weekend that just passed. Friday evening's "meet me for a glass of champagne and oysters after work" date with SU turned into a debacle when we ran into our "pardy hardy" neighbours. 4-or was it 5? bottles later and no food. Went to bad-horrible headache and insomnia. Saturday was a disaster. French fries and a fried softshell crab sandwich. Carb bomb! Felt so sick-not sure why I thought it was a good idea-think I was still drunk. Kept eating the rest of the day to try to feel better. Right-what a silly sausage I am. Sunday was a bit better. Felt more in control. Got up so early-7AM people! to do a 5K or "Kickin' Cancer" It was fun but did not run as my friend's 4 yr old was in charge. Yesterday afternoon involved frozen yogurt and candy. Ran this morning to atone for my sins.
Today is going well. Back on the WOE and feeling better. Pmsing big time and insomnia. All round yuck fest.
