Seems like I roll along well then I hit a roadblock of some type - sort of like life. I tweaked my back so have not done my power walking the past four days....my digestion is not working well, so I have added a couple of pounds back on. I have not eaten anything off plan but I am wondering if I should back off the grains for awhile. I have had at least one grain or fiber item per day for the past week and I seem to lose better without them. They don't stimulate cravings but I do think they inhibit my weight loss. I may have to wait until pre-maintenance for them; sad, but I'll get there!

It could be the grains, although they have little net carbs. I am holding off on the lc tortillas. For now I have been fixing the one minute muffin from flax meal. I grind the flax in a spice grinder. Sometimes I sprinkle it on salads or mix a little in an omlette. I need the fiber. I wonder if that is the reason I loose so slowly? You may just have a normal weight variance. Be sure to drink lots of water.

Yes, you may be right. I had my first MIM today....decided to go with that instead of the tortillas for a week and see how that goes. It was pretty good! You are doing very well, by the way!!
