Haven't been on the scale. Just trying to watch my food and make sure to work out. Have a goal though. Want to weigh in on March 1st and be at/under 200! Gonna have to really push myself but I'm determined!!
At the gym for an hour and a half on Monday--35 minutes on treadmill, 25 minutes on circuit and 20 minutes of ping pong. Was really fun!
Went to Piloxing last night. Thought I would fall over, but I made it through the class! Really sore this morning. Have to work late, so today will be my rest day. Will be back at the gym tomorrow.
Have been slacking with my eating. Been enjoying some things that I couldn't eat while on my challenge, but getting back on track. Have a shake for breakfast, chicken and veggies for lunch and soup for dinner. I'm out of fruit and low on veggies so will be making a grocery run after work. This way I still get in some walking.
