For one meal I have to break everything down bit by bit of what I am eating. I try to add to my cookbook trying to make it easier to list. I made an avocado spread with just onion, garlic, cilantro and flax seed oil. to put on my hamburger took a lot of steps.

If you eat the same foods together or most of the same foods together for your meal, you can add it as a "My Favorite Meal" so that it will populate in your food journal without having to enter everything individually. I am that way about tuna, I add a lot of ingredients and having to enter all that would make me crazy. I eat the same things with my tuna so I made it a favorite meal. Now I just click on Tuna in My Favorite Meal and it populates all the incredients I use. If I am not eating something that day that is on the list, I just delete it from the meal and add what I am eating instead. Sure saves a lot of time and hassle! I'm not on a diet - I'm on a "Live-It" !!
