Good morning. How time changes things. Some good. Some bad. But it always changes. I’m back again. Because I keep starting and stopping and starting and stopping. I’m tired of this roller coaster. I need to make time to fill things out and be truthful about what goes in my body. I hope everyone here is doing well, and hopefully I can get my mind back on track to do what I need to do. I’m gonna keep up with this app again because it does work. It does help. And every time I leave, I get off track.
