So - weight seems to be coming down… went “off wagon” on the weekend - two helpings of BBQ ribs and a beer… but otherwise, pretty solid.. and weigh in today was down again…. small steps.
Also. Good news. BP was high (145/94) and doctor wanted to put me on medication.. declined, told her I wanted to try reducing salt, lose weight and exercise…. BP on Saturday was 124/84…. thank-you potassium chloride (salt substitute).
