There we go – weight headed in the right direction again. I went to Din Tai Fung (a really famous Chinese dumpling house) with some friends for dinner last night. There were two things on the menu I could eat – a plate of vegetables and a pork chop – so that’s what I had (the dumplings looked really good though). I am pretty tired this morning and it was a bit of a struggle to get through the work out. I am really looking forward to the weekend.
