Six weeks of no exercise (little one is off and there's nothing I can really do with her) doesn't sit well with me so I've ordered one of those steps that are used for aerobics. Not the ones where you slide your feet around, the actual solid step. Once little miss is in bed I'll put something on the telly and then, instead of sitting down and watching it, I'll do some exercise then with a gentle walking and maybe some knee raises like we used to do in school lol
