😳 Acid reflux is alive and well. One little moment of lack of thought has generated a day and a half of gut misery. I forgot to refer to my guidelines of what I can/should eat versus picking out an old favorite at the Chinese restaurant. Paid for that in ♠️!! So when you look at what I ate today, I am not 🤪, but trying to stay less green!!! 🤢
