I see my calorie intake was over..........no surprise.. it always is on the weekends, I eat out with my darling husband. NORMALLY, at Subway I would have just eaten the veggie salad and netted 0 carbs and around 120 calories, but today I was in the mood for tuna.......no big deal. my ratios stayed fairly consistent, so the calorie overage really doesn't do anything. I always, ALWAYS eat my highest carb meal in the morning or at noon. I try to limit my carbs after 7pm.... just something that works better for me.
