Cold weather has kept my cardio workouts to the gym for 2 weeks on treadmills and ellipticals. Finally got a break in the weather today and had a PR by running 2 miles in just over 19 minutes... even with about 1.5 minutes of walking, in there. Then finished the workout with 10 minutes of interval runs... 1/10 mile 3/4 speed sprint, 1/10 mile walk, repeat til done. 450 cals burned total!
