Very close to my 180lb goal weight. It has been a fun process. I spend my Sundays cooking food for the week to take for my lunches. I work for a school district that is a little rural. There are is only access to fast food. I have been trying hard to stay away from making emotional decisions about what I eat. That saying “fail to plan, plan to fail” is so true for me and my food choices. I do feel like eating in my 8 hour window each day has also been big for me. Discipline.
