I only ate the eggs yolks ,mushrooms , 1 sausage and 1 slice of bread. I felt quite full which was nice. Was a time I would have ate it all and been bursting out of my jeans. As it stood I wasn’t bloated yesterday that’s a massive plus for me.

well done Sharon that's my problem trying to change my mind set from having to finish a whole plate I really struggle with it so I have made my plates smaller with smaller portions and really do my best not to snack now as for sure I was a binge eater which sometimes now I find hard to conquer but I've lost 8lbs do far so I can see rewards 😁

That’s good I’ve kinda gone the other way, I still snack to stop my self wanting to eat a bigger meal,I snack healthier though. I was a crisps and sausage roll girl. Eek!!
I’m kinda the same as you I like to clear a plate so little bit smaller plates as well. Are you finding tracking helps?
It’s hard when you like all the wrong things isn’t it 🤣

I do find tracking helps and definitely pork pie sausage rolls were me for sure
I also found some vegatarian replacements are pretty good and definitely less fat than other processed foods
it's like when you got to low fat spreads etc it's different for a while until it becomes the norm then it's not so bad
