MY WEIGH IN DAY NEXT WEEK WILL BE MOVED TO MONDAY. Maybe it's a psychological thing but it seems like it's a better day to get my week started mentally; either helping me celebrate successes or focus on why the previous week wasn't as successful and correcting the problem.
Last week I basically lost a quarter pounder with cheese! Lol. But it's a loss and a success for another week after doing very poorly during the Holiday Season.
Good thing is that I have followed the nutrition program to the T and have not missed a P90X workout. Since beginning the program, I have been drinking what feels like gallons of water so maybe that has a bit to do with the losing only .4 pounds last week.
