I have been loosing and gaining the same 1.5 for the month of June. Any suggestions what to change up?

Your bio says your goal is to eat sustainably, which is perfect!! The challenge is everyone views this differently. I also think that each person has a natural weight set point, based on what they like to eat and their activity level. So...keeping that in mind, this is what I find sustainable. Try this is order, or all at once, by slowly working your way there. 1. Eat enough calories, for women probably 1500 calories so that you don't mess up your metabolism. 2. Eliminate all added and fake sugar, store bought condiments, thickeners, additives, takeout, and restaurants. Ok to have olive oil, vinegar, yogurt, butter, nut butter that is only nuts and no added oil. 3. Eat protein with each meal, and at least 30g with each major meal. 4. Keep daily carbs to 120 to 140g, and preferably to a max of 50g per meal. 5. Eliminate flours and instead eat potatoes, quinoa.

Basically, my view point is that if you choose to eat out, or consume food additives, added or fake sugar, etc, there is a cost to that in terms of weight, if your metabolism and activity level cannot compensate. I wish you luck in your journey and I hope you find what works for you.

woof, that is my problem also. I'm going to take your advice outerlimit. I know I don't get in enough protein. I've given up most condiments, no prepkgd food. Flour is minimal and I'm working on cutting that out except for ancient grains occasionally. sugar is a problem and I need to let it go. working on building muscle mass to up metabolism. good luck to us!

I eat more fiber and protein. Salad. Lean met. Move more.
