hi everyone i hope everyone is having a good day or night! I am much better today, I am feeling more energy, I have upped my protein, and feeling better. I havnt had bread for two weeks, only had a tiny amount of pasta once, am really sticking to this, Ive found that im very thirsty. i have had watermelon and that helped alot to quench my thirst yesterday. I went for a good walk in the heat, as its about 30 celcius today, sweated heaps, and not hungry! thanks for your encouragment. I hope to weigh less soon, feeling better about everything today
