Constipated and stalled..ugh. Used some Smooth Move tea, worked but better to just be regular. Now I am steadily taking my probiotics and magnesium supplements and back on track this morning with my bacon, and spinach and cheese omelet.!!

My weight keeps going up and down from 191-193, very discouraging, but if I remember correctly, this happened the last time at 11 pounds too.

A teaspoon of sea salt in the morning helps me with constipation. Doesn't give a laxitive effect, but keeps me regular.
