I don't know how to add a photo with caption, but we took three of our grandkids to the Ark Encounter this week. Had a great time! But, man, are we tired. We got a VRBO in the country so there's a huge yard for these kids to run off some of that energy. We brought some balls and frisbees.
I'm so grateful to have taken this fitness journey, because I couldn't have done everything this week if I'd still been overweight and out of shape. It's a long, hard journey, but 💯 worth it!
Yay for grandkids and yay for taking them back to their mammas when the trip is over! 🤣❤️

Nice family photo! Lol about taking them back to their momma! I get it! I’m a Mema and even in my healthier state, my 2 granddaughters have more energy! I wish we could make a “kid energy” Elixir! 🤣
