Have had so much trouble losing. Finally asked for some help. Myree looked at my foods (and will look a little closer later) but says I am not eating enough.
It truly has been easy to cut out breads, etc. but upping my calories is terrifying. It's hard to believe that would work. I am trying to wrap my mind around this and I can't believe how resistant I am to it.
I will do it this week but I am scared. Can only see gaining a ton. Deep breathe, deep breathe. At worst, it won't be the end of the world and I will continue my stall, maybe gain a little to lose a little. At best, I really have been eating to little.
Should be an interesting week.
